1.Select Materials
In order to produce the best quality bamboo toothpicks, Gorlando strictly selects the materials used. All the materials used are high-quality bamboo toothpicks grown in the north and south regions of China and have been used for 3-5 years. Bamboo is one of the highest hardness of bamboo, the water it contains is also the least hardness enough, after treatment, the surface will not remain burrs and fracture.
 

After selecting the high-quality material, it is cut and cut to a length that meets market requirements.

3.Dry
Drying is an indispensable and neglected link in the production of bamboo toothpicks. Through drying, the water inside the bamboo toothpicks can evaporate, promote the hardness of bamboo materials, reduce mold during transportation and preservation, and improve its hardness to avoid breakage in use. We usually put the cut bamboo toothpicks into the drying box for drying, and the drying temperature and time are very important. It is generally controlled at about 80 degrees, and the time is about 4-5 hours.

4.Polish
After drying, the bamboo toothpick will also be polished, the purpose of polishing is to polish off the burr on the toothpick and the tip of the bamboo toothpick, in fact, to achieve no injury to the hands and mouth during use, and to achieve better tooth cleaning effect.

5.Packing
Packaging We will package according to the customer's choice. The conventional packaging of Gorlando is wrapped and boxed with food grade environmentally friendly paper. The packaging quantity of each box is 100 pieces, 200 pieces, 300 pieces, 400 pieces, 500 pieces, etc. The printing of the packaging is all printed according to the requirements of customers, we will provide customers with free design, customers can also design themselves and send us for printing.
