Hot Stamp

Hot stamp is that we use a very hot metal mould to heat the stirrer. The mould shape base on customers’ design and logo. Below picture for you reference. The color will be dark brown, like the bamboo surface burnt by fire. This color was natural with our printing pigment. Many people like it. As it simple and stylish.

Laser

Laser is use the laser machine cave the logo or pattern base on buyer’s design. This is no need the mould. But just create the file and order to computer. So laser is simple than hot stamp. And the cost is no charge of mould. And the color is very close to hot stamp. So this one is no need  the printing pigment as well.

Printing

Printing will be print color as buyer’s design. And the color will be appointed from buyer. If all use the same color standard, buyer can control the color well for bulk. Please see below picture for our production.

On the other hand, we also can hollow out the bamboo and make the out-line shape as buyer’s request. See below for example.
